Only defective or wrong products will be accepted for returns. Please call/whatsapp us for any related query.

Return Policy

We do not exchange any Products. Even similar products cannot be exchanged with each other
Once payment is made, cancellation of order is not possible
Returns may happen in cases when a defective or wrong product is shipped
Return cost has to be paid by Buyer
Return request should be raised within 2 days of receiving the item(s)
We should receive the item in 12 days (from the date of delivery)
Return item(s) should be in original condition, unused, with all labels/tags intact. Refund (if any) would be processed only after item(s) have been received by us
If any offer/discount has been applied then in case of refund offer/discounted amount will be removed and adjusted in refund
Buyer has to share unpacking video of the package which should be continuous and clearly show defect in the product in same video shot
Our decision would be treated as final decision

If any refund amount has been finalised, we try to refund at earliest generally to the same mode with which it was made
Refunds may happen in cases when a defective or wrong product is shipped, buyer paid extra amount, we are not able to process the required order items etc.
In case a sample/sample item/customisation has to be created/done and due to some reason buyer doesn't require the product anymore then in such cases it could be partial or no refund
Our decision would be treated as final decision
