Returns and exchanges are not done.

An order goes into processing after payment has been made. Order is generally dispatched from same day to 2 days. In certain cases when item is not ready, not available then it takes more days.

Dispatch details like courier name, tracking id is shared after disptach. These details are generally shared next day after dispatch. It can be tracked on vendor site.

At this time we are not having discount offers for first time buyers.

You can add items to cart. Increase/decrease quantity. Share Cart link with us (available below item list) on cart page. Or you can share item code on whatsapp.

Local cart (or cart) is saved locally on your device. Web cart is saved online (attached to a key - 10 digit mobile number). Web cart can be updated by anyone by providing the key. Both of these can be used for temporary storing of items and quantity. Local cart may get removed automatically after some time or when you clear your device web storage. Web cart may be replaced/updated by others when they provide same key.

Both of these can be shared with others and us. Local cart share link contain items and quantity. You can share this with others (to see the items you have in cart) or us (we can see which items you want to order).
For sharing a Web cart, you can share web cart link or your key. Other person or us can view items in your cart by providing the key.

Currently we do not take international orders. We do not ship outside India.

We do not have Cash on Delivery (COD) option currently. One of the reason for not opting COD is that it is expensive (extra charges levied). Full payment is prepaid in advance.

Saved items are favorite items liked by you. They are stored on your device for sometime only. These can be used to refer shortlisted items later on.

Saved items can be shared from saved items page. A link is available to copy and share. Link is generated based on items present in saved list currently. Link already shared doesn't get updated with new item updates.

Saved items can be used for referencing items later. To share the items you like with others. To share items as cart items with us for placing order. To check price of multiple items present in the saved list.

Raw image for an item shows item without props (generally) or lifestyle. Customers want to see how the product item looks without proper lighting, editing and decor. A natural or raw look of an item helps in making a better decision while buying.

Some customers have requested to send them the raw image of products. So, we thought to add them to the product page only. We try to provide a raw image for each of the items so customers get a better view of the actual product.

Item videos showcases an item with it's true features. Without much editing in the video, a simple video shows item material, color and other details to give better view of item.

Items belong to verticals and category. It starts from Product Family which is linked to Product Category.
A product group belongs to product family.
A product class belongs to product group.
A product catalog belongs to product class.
A product club relate items based on common attributes.
A product suite is classified under product class. It is parent of product item.

An item is linked to a product club. It belongs to one or more product catalogs. It is a SKU which is sold as single unit, simple pack or complex pack.

Product Category > Product Family > Product Group > Product Class > Product Suite > Product Item

Unit parts is how many parts/pieces are there in a unit. A cushion cover may be sold as combination of 5 different designs. These different designs are not sold individually. In such a case these 5 different designs becomes 5 unit parts. So, this item unit has 5 unit parts.
Unit means an item.
Set units means combination of different item units. A single item would have Set unit as 1. Simple pack would have Set unit as 1. A complex pack has Set Unit value more than 1.
Pack sets means number of Set Units. For a single item it would be 1, for simple pack it would be more than 1 and for complex pack it could be 1 or more.
Pack Units is total number of units in pack. Generally it is set units x pack sets.
Pack parts is number of unit parts in pack.
e.g. a simple pack has 1 type of item. Item A is 2 units of Cushion Cover having 5 different pieces each. In this case unit parts is 5, set units is 1, pack sets is 2, pack units is 2, pack parts is 10.

In scenarios where item is handmade, hand woven some times there may be size variation in it. Like cushion covers, wall hangings, basket. In a cushion cover or wall hanging, if there are fringes than they might be of different lengths.

1) InStock - We keep stock of item. Sometimes it may go out of stock, in such cases it is replenished soon.
2) OnOrder - We procure items from vendor when we receive an order such items are readily available with Vendor.
3) Limited Stock - We keep stock of item. Item is limited in stock. It might not be replenished when out of stock or may take long time to replenish.
4) DropShip - Item is directly dispatched by vendor. Item availability has to be checked before ordering.
5) PreOrder - Item is not in stock. Item has to be ordered before it goes for manufacturing/procurement. Item may not be available any more.

Yes, these products can be sold.

Reselling can be done by a shop owner, online store, home seller.

Dropshipping can be done for single units.

As a dropshipper you have to keep margin above the price given to you. You have to decide your selling price.

Yes, shipping is extra.

There are multiple reasons why shipping is not free. One simple concept is that whether a seller is charging shipping as extra or not but there is shipping cost incurred by the seller. As shipping cost depends on weight and distance we believe in charging the actuals.

A) Distance Factor
Based on the distance cost varies, so it can't be same for all locations for an item. If shipping is made free it means seller has already included shipping cost to item cost. So, when a nearby buyer is purchasing then also he/she is paying more shipping.

B) Multi Item Order
In cases when shipping is offered for free, the related costs involved would have already been added to item price. Let's take an example. A buyer is purchasing 2 items, item A and item B. Individually shipping the items cost 120 and 180 respectively. Now that it has been added to item costs already which buyer will be paying assuming that shipping is free. As shipping depends on total weight then it would have been possible that when both items are being shipped together then shipping cost is less than 300 (120+180).

Most of the orders are shipped by courier. In some cases transport or postal is used.

We generally send by surface courier. In some cases we send by Air mode also.

Shipping weight depends on actual or volumetric weight whichever is more. Actual weight is calculated based on item weight plus packing weight. Volumetric weight is calculate based on package dimensions. Like an item may weigh 400 gms. Packing weight is say 60 gms. Volumetric weight of packed item could be 800 gms. So, in this case shipping weight would be 800 gms (more of packed weight & volumetric weight).

These are estimated calculated prices to given a rough idea. Actual prices may differ based on certain factors like weight, mode, place, vendor pricing.
